How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend to book 2 -3 weeks in advance of the birthday party however we accept last minute bookings.
How long is an average party?
Children’s birthday parties run for approximately 2 hours. We recommend guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to meet and greet friends and organise bowling shoes.
What time are birthday parties held?
Children’s birthday parties held between 10am and the last party is to start at 5pm. After 8pm, are license requires that all minors are accompanied by a parent.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a $100 deposit 7 days prior to the party date. Full balance for the confirmed numbers is payable on the day
What if my guest count changes from the amount guaranteed?
We understand that you may experience a change in your guaranteed guest count. Any changes must be made 72 hours in advance of your event date. You will be billed for the number of guests guaranteed or the actual number in attendance – which ever is higher
Do you cater for the adults?
The Stardust Diner has some delicious platters available for the adults. Each platter serves 6 – 8 persons and pre ordering is recommend.
Can we bring our own catering and drinks?
Since Manhattan Superbowl is a fully licensed venue, we do not allow any outside catering or drinks. Let us know if there is something special you would like to do and we will work with you on the menu. We do however allow you to bring your own Birthday Cake.
Do you cater for people with special dietary requirements?
Yes. We can tailor a menu to cater for guests with special needs. We have a sandwich menu for the kids, vegetarian and pork free selections.
What age do you have to be to bowl?
Any one can bowl from about 3 years up; we have special light ball, ramps and bumper bowling to make it easy for the littlies.
How many kids are per lane?
We recommend on having no more than 6 kids per lane.
Can adults bowl too?
Why watch the kids bowl when parents can have fun too. Adults receive a discount rate of $10 per game.
